The minimum order quantity varies by product and fabric type. Most sarees start at 50–100 pieces per design. For printed and chiffon sarees, the MOQ can be as low as 50 pieces. Absolutely. We encourage every buyer to approve samples before committing to a full order. You can request fabric swatches or individual sample pieces for any design in our catalogue. Sample charges are minimal and are adjusted against your bulk order value when you proceed.

Standard delivery across India takes 5–8 business days after your order is confirmed. For metro cities, delivery is often faster at 3–5 days. We provide full shipment tracking so you know exactly where your order is at every stage. Expedited shipping is available on request for urgent orders.

If the delivered sarees do not match your approved sample in terms of colour, fabric quality, or weave pattern, we offer a full replacement at no additional cost. You need to raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Our team inspects the claim and arranges a replacement shipment within 3–5 days.

We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI payments, and all major credit and debit cards. For regular wholesale buyers, we also offer net-30 credit terms after the first three successful orders. A 50% advance is required for first-time orders, with the balance payable before dispatch.

Yes, we offer private labelling and custom packaging for orders above 200 pieces. You can add your brand tags, custom fall and pico finishing, and branded packaging. For fully custom designs — including exclusive prints and colour combinations — we work with our weaver network to create bespoke collections with a slightly higher MOQ.

Currently, we primarily serve the Indian market. However, we do fulfil international orders to select countries in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and the UK on a case-by-case basis.
